Gps Systems with Bluetooth technology
One of the most requested features on gps car navigation systems today is the Bluetooth option. One of the main functions of bluetooth with gps systems is to download maps, poi’s (points of interest) and directions wirelessly. No more wired connections.
Some other bluetooth enabled units like the Garmin Nuvi 360 give you the ability to make phone calls. Making calls is easy, touch the screen and speak into the inbuilt microphone, it’s as easy as that.
Models that are bluetooth enabled include the following
- Garmin Nuvi 360
- Garmin Nuvi 660
- Garmin StreetPilot 2820
- Garmin StreetPilot C550
- GPS Sensor - Garmin GPS 10
- Palm OS5 - Navman 4460
Do you have any other uses of bluetooth and gps devices that were not listed, please leave a comment.
